This letter is supplied for you to use when contacting the USPS by mail, about this proposed consolidation. Please make sure that you print your name and address in the FROM portion located at the top of the page. Don't forget to add your signature at the bottom of the page. Place a stamp on your envelope and mail it, NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 3, 2009. It must be postmarked no later than this date to get the USPS to consider your letter. If you have trouble printing it out, please contact us and a copy will be mailed to you.
